Breastfeeding & Newborn In-Person Workshop

Prepare for a confident breastfeeding and postpartum journey with our comprehensive workshop, designed to support you from pregnancy through the early post-birth period, including feeding, newborn care, and sleep foundations.

Bump to Breast is suitable whether you are preparing to breastfeed for the first time or looking for a more supported and informed experience this time around. You will gain practical, evidence-based knowledge to help you navigate the early days of feeding your baby, from establishing the first latch through to supporting a healthy milk supply and understanding common challenges.

This workshop also explores what to expect as a new breastfeeding mother, along with the important role of your support person in helping you feel confident, calm, and supported during this transition.

Bump to Breast is best suited for expectant mothers in their third trimester. Partners and support people are strongly encouraged to attend to learn how they can best support you on your feeding journey, both in the early days and beyond.
